- All prices include local taxes.
- A 25% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to rental date. If the booking is made within the 10 weeks then the full amount will be due for payment immediately.
- A security deposit of £250/$400 is payable with the rental balance which is refundable subject to our terms and conditions.
- For stays less than 7 nights an additional cleaning charge will be incurred.
- Pool heating is recommended between October & April
- A 4% charge is levied for payments made through Paypal, however wire transfer, cheque or bankers drafts are also accepted.
